Anna Kavan - My Soul in China

1st edition/1st printing, Peter Owen.  Unclipped DJ coloring vibrant & sharp, no fading or toning, two small closed tears at bottom of cover, one small smudge in center, a closed indent/perforation also in center; blue cloth boards clean with minor bumping to corners, small indent on front board, one small ding at bottom edge, stamped silver lettering still sharp; flyleaf has a speck-sized dot, pencil eraser mark, verso has a few notes in pencil, otherwise no markings in interior, infrequent, minor darkening at top-edge of text block, binding firm.  A very good copy of an exceptionally scarce Kavan edition, the hardcover of which was issued exclusively in the UK.
