1st edition, Doubleday.  An ex-library copy with catalogue band on spine, withdrawn stamps, pocket on front free endpaper along with barcode & catalogue sticker, Evanston Public Library stamp-perforations on back free end paper.  Aside from this, DJ is not price-clipped & remarkably clean, both flaps have marking small tears from tape.  Black boards & gold lettering well preserved, rubbing at top extremities, catalogue/library index number written in white on front in lower left corner.  No markings to the text.  A Good copy of a incredibly hard-to-find book by one of America's great experimental poets.
