1st printing, Ecco Press. Wraps very good with sharp, unfaded colors, some gentle, age-appropriate wear along edges, mild wrinkling, creasing to spine, some smudging to text block, a touch of staining to interior of back cover & last 7 pages at margins; a few sporadic, minimal markings to the text in the early pages but this stops at page 51 (possibly the sign of an abandoned read, sigh); binding firm. A scarce printing from McCarthy's early, hard-drinking years in obscurity, with a beautifully illustrated cover.
