Ghost Press 1968, limited to 1,000 copies.  Staple & tape binding firm, some soiling to front & rear covers - honestly, it's a miracle any of these copies survived, but we should all be grateful.  Hand-assembled by r.j.s. with screen prints by Tom Kryss, one of the weirdest, wildest books of the 60s and a testament to the brief life (and vast work) of d.a. levy.  Long live Cleveland.
