1st edition, Grove Press.  Unclipped DJ with protective tape around edges from what can only be "several" decades ago, small hole in jacket at bottom of back cover; despite the somewhat obnoxious, aforementioned tape, jacket in otherwise fine shape with beautiful illustration really popping.  Green cloth boards with wear & age, rubbing, top edges dusty, some loosening to rear pastedown.  Binding is firm, text without markings.
