1st edition, Knopf.  Unclipped DJ with no seam splits, tears or chipping, coloring vivid, light wear along edges, front flap has a slight crease & both flaps show some light foxing; boards clean, both pasteboards & endpapers stained from newspaper clipping placements, some infrequent foxing to bottom & fore-edge, dyed top-edge has a white stain; binding tight, text free of markings.
