Unclipped DJ unusually bright with vibrant coloring for its age - paper loss on front & crown of spine (pictured), otherwise fairly minimal & age appropriate chipping & closed tears along edges, some rubbing & general shelf wear to front & back, sticker residue on back jacket flap; boards show some age but clean, light bumping at corners & a bump to front, bottom board edge, lettering & cut-out photo on front sharp, smudge on rear free paper; text clean of markings, binding very firm. A well-preserved, handsome copy of (arguably) Bowles' finest novel.
